We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of ICI construction projects from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design/build project delivery, with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for ICI construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
Oversee the design development process and ensure constructability and cost-efficiency during pre-construction.
Monitor and control project costs, schedule, and quality to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Manage contract administration, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and progress claims.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and conflicts with timely resolution.
Lead regular site meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Support the procurement process and selection of trades and vendors.
Mentor and guide junior staff and site personnel.
Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in project management, specifically within ICI design/build construction.
Proven track record of delivering ICI projects ranging from $5M–$50M in value.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contracts (e.g., CCDC), and building codes.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
PMP or LEED accreditation is an asset.
