SR. Project Manager DATA CENTER Construction

What You’ll Do:

Manage HVAC/Mechanical construction projects

Data Center Construction Experience required

Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

Oversee documentation: contracts, change orders, and reports

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and specifications

Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders

Mentor and lead project teams

Identify and mitigate risks proactively

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of HVAC/Mechanical project management experience

Strong background in Data Center construction

Solid knowledge of mechanical systems and building processes

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Proficiency with project management tools

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
