Backed by top-tier investors and trusted by some of the fastest-growing defense companies, they’re building an all-in-one contracting platform that brings cutting-edge tech to national security missions faster than ever before. To support this vision, they’re hiring a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to help shape the core of the company—technically and culturally.

About the Role

As a Founding Engineer, you won’t just be writing code—you’ll be helping define the direction of the business. You’ll work side-by-side with the founding team in San Francisco, owning product development across the stack, running bi-weekly sprints, and building tools that redefine how the U.S. government engages with industry. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role designed for someone who wants to help build a company from first principles and solve problems that matter.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and ship full-stack products using React, Next.js, and Python.

Drive rapid iteration and experimentation through tightly scoped product sprints.

Travel monthly to Washington, D.C. to deploy products and deepen customer relationships.

Collaborate directly with DoD and government users.

Help shape and scale the company’s engineering culture from day one.

Requirements:

U.S. citizenship (due to the nature of the work).

Onsite presence in the San Francisco office.

0–3 years of software engineering experience.

Proficiency in React, Next.js, and Python.

Passion for solving high-stakes, mission-critical problems in national security.

Ability to work autonomously in a flat, high-trust environment.

Comfort presenting work directly to users and iterating based on feedback.

Nice to Have:

Background in fast-paced, product-first environments (e.g., Notion, Palantir, Adeo, Aldaril).

Experience with AI agents through personal or side projects.

Desire to build in-person alongside a tight-knit team of founders and early hires.
