We are looking for IBM WebSphere MQ Engineers with 3+ years of experience.

Hybrid roles in Fort Worth TX 76155 - Hybrid Onsite 3 days/week AND ON Call Duty – Hybrid Days are Tuesday thru Thursday

Duration: 5+ months with possibility of longer term extensions / conversion to CTH

Pay Rate: Open on W2

Role:

Supporting platforms vital to airline operations

Provide MQ admin support

Will be working toward MQ design and implementations as applications are integrated.

Required:

Top 3 Mandatory Skills and Experience: IBM WebSphere MQ, RHEL 8, Veritas clustering.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience (preferred but not required): Azure and k8s.

An ideal will be a SME on WebSphere MQ.

Soft Skills: Working with many dev teams - must have Strong Communication and Collaborative across teams

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering.

3+ years’ experience IBM WebSphere MQ.

3+ years’ experience troubleshooting issues in a complex enterprise environment.

Design and implement integration solutions leveraging WebSphere MQ.

Knowledge of Windows and Linux a plus.

Familiarity with workflow and ITSM tools and ticketing systems.

Basic understanding of server-to-server communication in a large-scale network.

Must be willing to work varying shifts (Day, Night, Split, or weekends).
