In this impactful role, you will own the complete sales lifecycle, from proactively identifying opportunities and crafting innovative solutions to delivering compelling proposals and securing long-term client partnerships. You'll be instrumental in building and nurturing relationships across diverse sectors, including higher education, local government, houses of worship, corporate environments, healthcare facilities, and strategic public bid processes. You'll also have the opportunity to support box sales initiatives and collaborate closely with our talented technical and installation teams to deliver exceptional, integrated AV solutions.

What You'll Do:

● Drive Sales Excellence: In addition to your personal sales responsibilities, this role involves leading and inspiring a growing team’s sales efforts to consistently meet or exceed ambitious revenue and margin targets. Develop and accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

● Fuel Business Growth: Utilize your existing network and our company's marketing resources to aggressively pursue new business opportunities across a variety of exciting vertical markets.

● Cultivate Client Partnerships: Build and maintain strong, trusted, long-term relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored AV solutions and unparalleled service.

● Own the Sales Journey: Manage the entire sales process from initial lead generation and insightful site assessments to successful deal closure and seamless client onboarding.

● Architect Innovative Solutions: Collaborate closely with our skilled engineering team to design effective and impactful AV systems and develop clear, persuasive proposals.

● Master Bid Management: Prepare and submit compelling and competitive bids for both public and private sector projects.

● Leverage CRM for Success: Utilize our CRM system to meticulously track leads, manage client interactions, and maintain a transparent and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and seamless internal collaboration.

● Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn about the latest AV technologies and industry trends and effectively communicate technical concepts to clients in an accessible and engaging manner.

● Champion Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by actively participating in team meetings and working collaboratively towards shared objectives, while also mentoring and leading by example.

What You'll Bring:

● Proven Success: A minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience and 5+ years of successful Sales Management experience within the audio-visual industry or a related technical field.

● Strategic Networker: Demonstrated ability to build, nurture, and expand new and existing relationships from day one.

What We Offer You:

● Uncapped Earning Potential: A competitive incentive-based compensation structure designed to reward your success, with a base salary of $80k/year and realistic total earnings potential of $180k+ per year, including:
