Responsibilities:
This position will act as the SharePoint lead and collaborate with the Program Managers and Analyst to ensure all operational considerations are address when designing and implementing solutions supporting HQMC business processes.
Work with the Web Developer to ensure all products and services are available, and the confidentiality and integrity of data not compromised.
Be able to produce a suite of enterprise tools that support the requirements and functions of the programs.
Provide recommendations for remediation of potential security risks to maximize the protection of confidentiality, integrity and availability while still providing functionality and usability.
Provide written guidance with and recommendations for architecting, installing, configuring, maintaining, integrating, and securing Microsoft SharePoint based on Microsoft Industry Best practices.
Complete the assessment, development, and deployment of a redesigned Portal environment.
Provide the designing, developing, configuring and deploying web applications within a SharePoint/MS Tools Platform.
Provide, at a minimum, front-end web technologies of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and O365 to develop client-side application and sites for clients based on their needs and requirements.
Create and maintain databases to register and document record, directive, report, and form life cycles, project status, and program management functions.
Provide users with effective troubleshooting solutions that resolve technical integration issues that impact scope, schedule, and performance of SharePoint development.
Work with the TS to ensure that all training aids and resources are available and accessible online across the enterprise.
Experience and Qualifications:
Must have two or more years of demonstrated knowledge implementing and support knowledge management policies, strategies, practices, and projects.
Must have strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact effectively with diverse constituencies facilitating communications, written and oral across the organization.
Demonstrated experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience modifying lists and libraries.
Experience creating PowerApps.
Power Platform experience (Power BI, PowerApps, Forms, One Note, Power Automate, Teams, SharePoint Lists, One Drive)
Must be able to deploy and manage Office 365 collaboration apps such as, SharePoint (Online, On-premises, and Hybrid), OneDrive, and TEAMS
Ability to work under stringent deadlines.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology or similar field
Must Have a Security Clearance
