Key Responsibilities:

Lead ground-up retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor scopes, and quality standards

Coordinate with clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment

Oversee permitting, procurement, site logistics, and safety compliance

Identify and resolve project issues proactively to avoid delays and cost overruns

Provide weekly updates to ownership and stakeholders

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, ideally retail, convenience store, or restaurant buildouts

Proven experience managing ground-up projects from mobilization to completion

Ability to manage multiple jobs at once and travel periodically for project-related meetings or site visits

Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling software, and financial tracking

Excellent communication and organizational skills
