Neos is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a long term project with our client in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities -

Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules and custom applications.

Implement and deploy ServiceNow solutions for TCEQ projects.

Configure workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations meeting TCEQ, DIR and World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) specifications and agency standards.

Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and ITSM goals.

Support System Acceptance/User Acceptance testing issue resolutions.

Required Skills

Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow platform and scripting.

Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and integrations.

Experience with ServiceNow administration and updates.

Understanding of ITIL-based ITSM processes.

Preferred Skills

Experience with ServiceNow Intergrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server) CMDB or HRSD modules.

CMDB or HRSD modules, scoped application development, instance administration, upgrades, and ITIL v3/v4 practices.
