Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned CRM Change & Adoption Manager to spearhead efforts in optimizing the use and efficiency of Salesforce CRM within our organization. This crucial role provides the chance to drive Salesforce adoption across the whole organization, engaging in high-profile projects and working alongside global teams. The ideal candidate will be tasked with crafting and executing effective communication and training strategies, facilitating Salesforce adoption across various departments, and ensuring our teams are fully equipped to utilize the platform to its fullest potential. This position is based in Austin, Texas, and requires an on-site presence for three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for adoption and user enablement that empower teams in the US to fully leverage Salesforce CRM, fostering strategic change and enhancing overall business performance.
Design and execute a Salesforce training program that aligns with our business goals, enabling teams to maximize platform capabilities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all US Salesforce users, providing support and guidance.
Promote Salesforce CRM adoption by collaborating with key stakeholders to identify and address business needs and challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Create and curate training materials, e-learning courses, and resources that support ongoing learning and development, nurturing a culture of innovation and adaptability.
Lead transformative training initiatives, including workshops and webinars, to build high levels of competency and confidence among users, positioning them to leverage Salesforce CRM for strategic advantage.
Collaborate with the Salesforce Seller CRM team to proactively integrate new features and enhancements, optimizing user experience and driving increased productivity.
Analyze, interpret, and report on Salesforce usage and adoption metrics to identify strategic opportunities for improvement, implementing targeted initiatives to enhance overall effectiveness.
Serve as a strategic liaison between users and the Seller CRM Product team, ensuring feedback is effectively incorporated and user needs are strategically addressed.
Continuously monitor Salesforce, L&D trends, and best practices to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in CRM training or a similar role focused on CRM adoption and user training.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products; Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Trainer are preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of CRM functionalities, reporting, dashboards, and Salesforce CRM capabilities.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, such as My Trailhead or equivalent platforms, is advantageous.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate users at all organizational levels.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $55.00 - $57.66/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
