About the Job:

Join our team as Director of Data Science & Advanced Analytics - VP, where data-driven insights fuel business growth. Leveraging advanced quantitative methods, statistical modeling and machine learning expertise, you'll optimize customer segmentation, trend analysis and ROI. As a leader, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor data science talent and present complex findings.

A Day in the Life:

Deliver actionable business and marketing insights to stakeholders through analysis, research and modeling.

Lead customer/HCP segmentation and effectiveness evaluations using advanced quantitative methods.

Co-develop, maintain and enhance statistical models using R/Python (open-source preferred) and machine learning techniques.

Extract/analyze trends from databases/data warehouses using statistical/ML techniques.

Prepare/deliver complex analytical presentations to stakeholders.

Conduct multi-channel analyses for online/offline contexts using browsing/purchase data.

Drive ROI-maximizing customer insights through behavioral data analysis.

Lead/mentor a team of data science professionals, fostering collaborative innovation.

What you will Need:

Bachelor's/Master's (PhD preferred) in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or natural sciences.

11+ years of experience in open-source programming, applied statistics, machine learning and relational database management.

8+ years of managing teams of data scientists/analysts, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.

5+ years in advertising/marketing industry and 3+ years in healthcare industry preferred.

Expertise in R/Python, SQL, data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI) and data engineering collaboration.

Strong communication/presentation skills with middle/upper management, clients and business partners.

Knowledge of advertising, growth marketing, attribution modeling, targeting and pharmaceuticals.

Strategic thinking: budgeting, ROI demonstration, domain expertise and innovation leadership.

Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks and adapt to changing environments.

Commitment to ethical considerations, compliance, code/results documentation and ongoing learning.

Salary

$160,000 - $220,000 annually.

The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
