Job Title: Direct Support Professional

Location: Newark, OH (Croton area)

Job Type: Part-time, approximately 20 hours/week

Schedule: Flexible, beginning when school lets out

Job Description:

We are seeking a male Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support a young adult with Autism. The ideal candidate will be energetic, patient, and able to engage in fun activities such as games, outdoor play, and community outings.

Responsibilities:

- Provide support and guidance to promote independence and safety

- Encourage positive behaviors and decision-making

- Assist with daily living skills and reminders

- Develop a bond with the individual and support their interests and goals

Requirements:

- Male DSP preferred, aged 20-30

- Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and occasional weekends

- Experience supporting individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities preferred

- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (optional)
