Overview:

The Seller CRM Team at eBay is seeking a seasoned CRM Change & Adoption Manager to spearhead initiatives aimed at optimizing Salesforce CRM usage across the organization. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive transformative CRM adoption efforts, collaborating with global teams and leading strategic training and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop targeted strategies to maximize CRM capabilities, enhance user engagement, and align Salesforce use with eBay’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute Salesforce CRM training aligned with business goals.

Serve as the primary Salesforce contact, offering user support and guidance.

Develop e-learning resources and workshops to foster CRM proficiency.

Monitor and report on CRM usage, implementing strategies to boost adoption.

Collaborate with the Seller CRM team to integrate new features and enhancements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.

Proven experience in CRM training or a similar role focused on CRM adoption and user training.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products; Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Trainer are preferred but not mandatory.

Strong understanding of CRM functionalities, reporting, dashboards, and Salesforce CRM capabilities.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, such as My Trailhead or equivalent platforms, is advantageous.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate users at all organizational levels.
