Air Sharks Heating & Air Conditioning is growing fast—and we’re looking for confident, motivated outside sales professionals to join our team as Comfort Advisors.

Through hands-on training at Air Sharks Academy, you’ll learn everything you need to know before taking your first appointment. We provide the leads—you close the deals.

Earn $160,000–$250,000+ per year (commission-based, uncapped)

No HVAC experience required – full training provided

Sales skills are a must – confident, fluent presenters only

All appointments are pre-set – no cold callingResponsibilities:

Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments

Present and propose residential HVAC replacement solutions

Build trust and clearly explain benefits, pricing, and options

Take site measurements and photos (training provided)

Complete project paperwork and follow up as neededRequirements:

2+ years of outside sales experience (HVAC, solar, roofing, real estate, auto, or similar)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record

Comfortable entering attics and crawlspacesBenefits:
