Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Administrative Assistant based in downtown Houston, TX. Work hours are from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. M-Th and Friday half day, unless work requires the employee to stay back. The role will involve tasks such as legal document preparation, communication, administrative assistance, organization support, office management for the firm's attorneys and clients.

Qualifications

Law and Legal Document Preparation skills

Strong Communication and Administrative Assistance abilities

Excellent Organization Skills

Experience working in a legal setting

Proficiency in legal research and writing

Knowledge of corporate bankruptcy law is a plus

Associates degree or certification in Legal Studies

Experience in Federal civil litigation.
