Title: Executive Assistant – Global Equities
Location: New York, NY
Type: Full-time, Overtime-Eligible
Compensation Range: $90,000 – $115,000 base + OT
What You’ll Do:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to multiple Portfolio Managers and investment teams
Coordinate and manage high volumes of internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth calendar operations
Arrange complex domestic and international travel through internal systems
Track broker meetings and corporate access in internal databases
Collect, organize, and distribute key research materials and financial documents
Prepare and process team expense reports in a timely manner
Liaise with broker sales teams to strategically plan meetings and conference attendance
Ensure your team is fully prepped and ready to go—every time
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree required
3–5 years of EA experience, ideally supporting investment teams or within financial services (equities experience highly preferred)
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent calendar and time management skills—able to juggle multiple priorities with precision
Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
A resourceful self-starter who anticipates needs and follows through
