Workflow Automation Intern - Power Automate

We are seeking a detail oriented and tech savvy intern to support the development of automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional with a passion for process improvement, digital tools, and business efficiency. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and help build automated solutions that improve productivity and reduce manual work.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing, building, and testing Power Automate (Flow) workflows to automate business processes.

Create and support documentation of current and optimized workflows.

Identify areas for automation or optimization.

Collaborate with process owners to gather requirements and translate them into automated solutions.

Maintain and update existing flows as business needs evolve.

Help monitor and troubleshoot flow performance and errors.

Work with other Microsoft 365 tools, such as SharePoint, Forms, Teams, and Excel Online as part of automation efforts.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel).

Exposure to or interest in Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Clear communication and documentation abilities.

Willingness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic environment.

Duration & Work Setup:

Part-time or full-time summer intern

Hybrid or in-office

Potential to extend based on performance and business need
