We are searching for a Validation Engineer in Dallas, TX .

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for production and characterization test solutions using several ATE platforms interface with Systems and IC Design Engineering teams for ATE-to-System/Bench functional & parametric correlation.

Participate and influence DFT. Yield improvement.

Qualifications – Minimum Requirements:

Demonstrated expertise on leading edge ATE platforms

Strong knowledge of test data statistical analysis manipulation and summary.

Experience with Electrical FA for wafer FAB yield improvement and resolution of reliability fails. independently debug and release existing test programs.

Applicants must be at least 18 years or older, must be willing to take a drug test and background check as part of the selection process and must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
