Proposal Coordinator
Location: Any J-U-B Office

This position will coordinate the process of preparing professional documents and competitive proposals in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry. This position includes substantial opportunity for growth into a key role with J-U-B to deliver important documents for business development and communications.
The main responsibility of this position is to play a key role in supporting the proposal process at J-U-B. The selected individual will:
Collaborate with diverse project teams, organize ideas, obtain feedback and comments from proposal/project team members.
Create highly professional documents/proposals that are well organized, clear, and persuasive while aligning with company standards and established brand framework
Assist with technical writing and copy-editing
Collaborate with Proposal Managers on content preparation, including gathering text and other proposal pieces, discussing color palette, section layout/storyboard, and graphics
Develop proposals and documents that meet the request for proposal or proposal requirements and submission deadlines.
Meet internal and external proposal deadlines and assist with finalizing proposals for digital or print delivery. Requirements
GED or High School Diploma
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize and work under accelerated timelines and meet deadlines.
Ability to work well with others and have a collaborative attitude.
2+ years of experience in proposal development or document preparation using Adobe InDesign
Highly Proficient in Adobe InDesign. To be considered proficient in InDesign, the individual must be able to: -Develop layouts and work with color palettes for complex documents using company standards and established brand framework
-Effectively develop and incorporate parent pages
-Develop and use appropriately paragraph, character and table styles
-Import and style large amounts of information
-Facilitate and input team edits
-Edit and import graphics/photos
Proficient in Office 365, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. To be considered proficient in MS Office 365 the individual must be able to: -Work in complex documents in Word with large tables of information
-Import graphics
-Manage multiple page sizes and columns, changing headers and footers
-Format and work in Excel spreadsheets and save in a format that can be imported into a Word Document or InDesign
-Create presentations with graphics for interviews in PowerPoint.
-Proficient knowledge of Teams
Salary Range: $25.00 - $29.00 hourly, determined by experience
