Job Description:
Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support to join our team. This hybrid role combines hands-on IT support with account and billing management, customer service, and basic system maintenance. Ideal for someone who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and helping others, this position is critical to keeping both our technical operations and customer relationships running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain computer systems, hardware, and networks
Install, configure, and support hardware, software, printers, scanners, and other devices
Provide front-line customer service support to resolve user issues and inquiries
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity problems
Perform routine maintenance and identify opportunities for system improvements
Manage customer accounts and billing tasks, including processing updates and resolving issues
Assist with financial data entry and help generate accurate reports
Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Test, evaluate, and help implement new technologies
Ensure timely response to service tickets and support requestsQualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
1+ year of Help Desk or IT support experience (Preferred)
1+ year of experience with Windows environments (Preferred)
Experience or familiarity with account/billing systems (Preferred)
Basic maintenance understanding and troubleshooting
Strong communication and customer service skills
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
