Project Engineer I/II

Synerfac is looking for a Project Engineer I/II for our client in Dulles, VA. Our Client is an expert in MEP building systems and provides integrated, full lifecycle solutions that optimize the design, construction, operation, and efficiency of buildings.

- Support field labor

- Labor contract feedback

- Equipment & subcontractor procurement

- Document control

- Coordination between designers, skilled trades, and subcontractors

- Assist in budget analysis, cost and margin projections, estimate project changes & impacts, etc.

- Assist in the development of project schedules

Job Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management

- Minimum 3+ years experience in related field working with a mechanical contractor and supporting project work or as a design engineer who wants to get into operations

- Some experience and knowledge of HVAC systems and design required
