Full Time Construction Project Engineer(Commercial Interiors)

Title: Construction Project Engineer

Location: Redmond/Bellevue/Seattle, WA

Compensation: $80,000-115,000 DOE

Required Experience: (minimum)

2+ Years as a Project Engineer supporting PMs in commercial construction setting

TI/Renovation experience in commercial construction

Experience reading construction plans

Experience issuing RFIs, submittals, change orders, proposals and more

Experience developing project schedules

Experience with close-out document creation and distribution

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for assisting the PM/Sr. PMs on commercial interior projects. Candidates should have experience working for a GC in a commercial construction setting, a history of supporting PMs and helping with RFIs, RFPs, submittals, change orders, proposals and more.

Responsibilities:

Assist PMs on commercial construction projects

Provide project pricing support

Understand project plans and help run meetings

Understand specs and scope assignment for all projects
