Job Description

Join a nationally recognized homebuilder’s Regional BuildPro Team, where your passion for process, training, and collaboration can thrive. The BuildPro Administrator supports divisions in the Central and East regions by helping improve system usage, resolve technical or training issues, and ensure seamless communication across departments and trade partners. BuildPro is a web-based tool designed to manage construction schedules and field collaboration, and you’ll be the go-to support expert for its operation and improvement.

Responsibilities:

Provide regional support, training, and guidance on system procedures and processes

Collaborate with divisional trade partners to identify and resolve system misuse or training gaps

Monitor system and error reports daily to identify and address integration issues

Escalate unresolved issues and system concerns to the BuildPro Manager for further action

Ensure timely issue resolution using established procedures and sound judgment

Assist with reinforcement of standardized processes across supported divisions

Qualifications and Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables and reporting)

2+ years experience in a team-oriented, multitasking work environment

Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

Self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization abilities

Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to various levels of users

The base pay for this position is $20/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final rate will depend on skills, experience, and internal equity.
