GenAI Platform Engineer (Hybrid or Remote)

About the Role:

Join a leading team in automation and AI/ML, transforming risk management. We seek an innovative GenAI Platform Engineer to develop large-scale platforms using data engineering, machine learning, and cloud services.

The Team:

Work with a world-class AI ML team, including experts in AI & ML, ML engineers, and data science and data engineering teams. Drive our AI-driven transformation to deliver value internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of a generative AI platform.

Act as a hands-on developer and architect for AI-driven applications.

Ensure full stack development for AI products, including batch and stream processing-based AI ML pipelines.

Collaborate with technology and business teams on the Enterprise AI platform.

Manage scalable and reliable platform infrastructure for AI, ML, GenAI, and LLM products.

Develop, integrate, and test scalable APIs.

Maintain monitoring systems for model performance, data quality, and infrastructure health.

Ensure smooth integration of machine learning models into production systems.

Implement security measures and compliance standards.

Mentor junior engineers and foster their professional growth.

Maintain documentation and architecture blueprints.

Adhere to standards, governance, and best practices in ML pipeline and model monitoring.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

7+ years of hands-on cloud platform engineering experience, preferably with AI/ML.

Experience with full-stack and web-application solutions, MLOps tools, and cloud development frameworks.

Knowledge of Generative AI principles.

Preferred:

Experience with deep learning and LLM solutions.

Contributions to Github and open source initiatives.

This role is fully remote as long as you based in the US or Canada and will pay up to $220k + bonus + benefits
