Title: Sr. Director of IT

Description:
• The Senior Director, IT Operations & Risk oversees the strategic direction and smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and service management, with a focus on mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with governance, risk management, and regulatory standards.
• This senior leadership role blends technical expertise with strategic oversight to ensure IT services are secure, reliable, and aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage IT operations teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Develop and enforce IT operational policies and best practices.
• Oversee IT infrastructure management, including networks, servers, and data centers.
• Ensure system reliability, availability, and security.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Manage IT budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Oversee procurement processes for IT assets and services.
• Ensure compliance with IT operations-related standards and regulations.
• Conduct security assessments and enforce robust security measures.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements.
• Monitor IT performance through KPIs and metrics to drive improvements.
• Align IT strategies with organizational goals and business models.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Extensive experience (15+ years) in IT strategy, operations, and governance, with a senior leadership background.
• Proficiency in IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Expertise in cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
• Proven experience in change management, project management, and talent development.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $147000K-$210000K
