Urgently hiring 3rd shift Test Operators in Milpitas, paying up to $30/hr!

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Test Operators for both day and grave shifts to perform box-build assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic products. This role requires flexibility in cross-functional arrangements as directed by supervisors.

Responsibilities

Perform box-build assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic products according to instructions.

Be flexible with arrangements by supervisor for cross-function jobs.

Set up and operate test stations such as ICT, functional test, and boundary scan.

Run diagnostics on printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).

Identify and document failed units or components.

Interpret test results and escalate failures to engineering or debug basic troubleshooting on failed units.

Ensure equipment is calibrated and maintained.

Follow test procedures and work instructions.

Record data in manufacturing systems (ERP or MES).Essential Skills

Basic skill in mechanical operation and knowledge of electronic manufacturing.

Set up and operate test stations such as ICT, functional test, and boundary scan.

Ability to lift up to 30lbs and stand 95% of the time.

Basic computer operation skills.

Knowledge of electronic components and ESD handling.

Good communication skills and understanding of basic electronics assembly.

Ability to read and understand MPI and drawings.

Proficiency in reading and writing English.

Ability to identify component names, values, and orientations.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing preferred.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a mechanical operator in an electronics manufacturing environment is preferable.Why Work Here?

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milpitas, California.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
