Job Description
Responsibilities
Operate a brake press and shear.
Measure materials accurately.
Ensure machine cuts and bends are precise.
Handle and move objects into proper placement.
Maintain a high focus on safety and attention to detail.Essential Skills
Experience with a brake press.
Experience with a shear.
Proficiency in using a tape measure.
General production and machine operation skills.
Experience in a welding environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Grinding.
Fabrication skills.
Experience with CNC machines (3-axis, 4-axis).
Knowledge of Dragon and Star technology.
Ability to lift 30-70 lbs of steel pipe.
Familiarity with reading designs, drawings, and schematics.

Work Environment
Work is performed in a fabrication shop, focusing on steel pieces for handrails used in commercial and industrial applications. This is a 1st shift position, working from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with opportunities for overtime.

This position is based out of Bernalillo, New Mexico.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
