Rack build outs, Phase 3 object storage build out

Put in dozen racks, trucks to storage cabinets, clean test, label, patching fiber cords 1,000\'s

Installing equimonk

Rack and stack backbone fiber install, patching 2-3 weeks

6 weeks Project

6x10\'s 6am-4:30PM Monday - Saturday Potentially move to 12

THE CLIENTS JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Drop cable down a wall using fish tape or other method. Route cable through data center. Perform pre-termination procedures: organize, form, dress cables and determine length, slack and label cables. Suspend and support cable correctly: Cable tray, J-hook, D-rings, Bridal rings, Trapeze.

2. Install grounding for racks, equipment and cable as required.

3. Perform fire-stopping procedures on fire walls, install sleeves, pull cable through sleeves and core penetration.

4. Terminate low-voltage devices.

5. Follow prints.

6. Fully complete all paperwork accurately and on time (timesheets, material transfers, work orders, change orders, tool transfers and others as required).

7. Adhere to and participate in all Company, customer and industry quality and safety standards and regulations.

8. Other responsibilities as assigned.

Top Skills Details

1. at least 1 year of rack and stack/smart hands experience

2. Experience Installing cable trays, pulling cable/fiber, punch down, termination

3. Construction experience following blueprints, building, etc.

Additional Information

They will need steel toe shoes on first day. If they have basic hand tools, screw driver and snips that is a a plus. PPE will be provided to them once onsite.
