The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing department by coordinating and executing marketing activities, maintaining client communication, conducting market research, and assisting in the development of marketing strategies. This is a key role in helping Property Soar maintain its competitive edge and strong market presence.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
Support internal and external communications
Conduct research on market trends and competitors
Prepare and maintain promotional materials and presentations
Help organize marketing events, open houses, and community outreach
Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies
Manage administrative marketing tasks such as reports, calendars, and content drafts
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
