Job Summary:
The Arizona Cardinals are looking for a skilled Video Content Producer with strong storytelling instincts, an eye for cinematic composition, and the ability to execute high-quality video projects from pre-production through post. This role will serve as a key content creator across game coverage, feature storytelling, and branded series-supporting social, digital, and linear platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring a balanced mix of production expertise and editing proficiency, capable of both following a vision and bringing new ideas to the table. This is a hands-on role built for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a passion for football and a deep understanding of compelling visual narratives. This position is tiered above a standard producer in terms of expected autonomy and execution quality, with room for creative leadership but without direct personnel management responsibilities.
Primary Job Duties:
The Video Content Producer role will have the daily responsibilities including, without limitation, to the following:
Lead the execution of video shoots including camera operation, lighting, and audio for a wide range of content (e.g., practice, pressers, studio shoots, features, sitdown interviews, community events, and game day coverage).
Edit long-form and short-form content for digital and broadcast channels, ensuring alignment with the Cardinals’ creative standards and brand voice.
Assist in the production of episodic content series and shoulder programming (e.g., Flight Plan, Cardinals Overtime, Game Plan).
Capture and deliver high-quality footage on game day including mic’d up features, cinematic reels, and behind-the-scenes access.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the social, design, motion, and marketing teams to support campaign goals and content initiatives.
Take ownership of assigned projects from ideation through delivery, balancing creative vision with project timelines.
Maintain best practices for file management, data backup, and organization within our content systems.
Support live production needs including multi-cam shoots and studio setups when needed.
Contribute to post-mortem content evaluations, staying current with trends in editing, camera tech, and visual storytelling.

Qualifications/Requirements
Education: A bachelor’s degree in film, communications, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: At least three (3) years of professional experience in video production, preferably in sports or entertainment.
Strong shooting and lighting experience with broadcast-quality cameras (ARRI, Sony, Canon, or equivalent)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and other Creative Suite programs is a plus
Demonstrated ability to produce compelling short-form and long-form content under tight deadlines
Experience working on branded content, docu-style storytelling, or episodic video series
Understanding of production workflows, file formats, and compression best practices
Working knowledge of football is preferred, with a willingness to grow in the sport
Ability to take creative direction and apply feedback constructively
Reliability, communication, and strong collaboration skills are essential
Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed
Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check
