Field Service Controls Engineer

We currently have an opportunity for a Field Service Control Systems Engineer to aid in the programming, installation, and startup of PLC and robotic control systems – as well as the troubleshooting and field service of these systems as they age and require additions or service.nThe individual will be required to troubleshoot, analyze, and correct pneumatic, electrical and control system problems with ATC equipment at varied customer locations domestically and internationally.

Up to 50% - 70% travel is required.nThis is a senior level position with expert programming and troubleshooting skills.nThis position reports to the Service Team Business Unit Manager.nHow You Will Make a Difference:nnCreate, read, and troubleshoot pneumatic and electrical drawings and bill of materials using AutoCAD Electrical.nDevelop complex programs to operate devices and machines.nUse voltmeters and ammeters.nUnderstand and implement proper wiring methods.nHave excellent computer skills and a high level of proficiency in software designing ladder logic and machine controls.
