Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Efficiently execute orders, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of dishes.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Stock and replenish workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials.
Assist with other kitchen duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
Strong knife skills and culinary expertise.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Schedule:
Hours vary, including breakfast and dinner shifts.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.
