Responsibilities:

Excellent customer service. Provide expert advice to wholesale customers regarding automotive parts, tools, and accessories.

Assist customers in locating and identifying parts using catalog systems and online tools.

Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and receiving.

Identify parts and ensure that the correct parts are provided based on customer needs.

Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to fulfill customer orders and resolve issues.

Assist in driving sales by suggesting product upgrades and additional parts based on customer needs.

Help manage incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all shipments.

Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

At least 1-3 years of experience in an automotive parts counter or wholesale environment is preferred.

Strong knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and accessories, including makes, models, and parts identification.

CDK experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and internal teams professionally.

Comfortable using catalog systems, computers, and point-of-sale systems to find and process orders.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with wholesale customers.

High attention to detail when handling orders, inventory, and customer needs.

Valid Drive License and Clean Driving Record
