Accounting assistant

Description of the role:

The Accounting Assistant at SDM Transport will be responsible for various billing-invoicing tasks. They will assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, processing invoices.

Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping

Process invoices, payments

Assist with payroll and expense report processing

Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting

Requirements:

Knowledge of basic accounting principles

Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Previous experience as accounting is a plus
