Position: Marketing Web & Data Support Specialist

Location: Des Moines, IA --- Hybrid after 90 days. First 90 days fully onsite.

Salary: up to $55,000 plus excellent benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support (60%): Assist external clients and internal teams with website navigation, data inquiries, and technical issues (training provided).

• Production (20%): Create documentation, conduct testing, and support team projects.

• Data Management (20%): Enter and maintain data until automation or database systems are implemented.

Must-Have Skills

• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and client-facing abilities.

• Team player with strong collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Marketing or sales background is a bonus.

• Recent college grads with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
