Maintenance Lead - 3rd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Lead to become a part of our 3rd shift team! We offer great pay, med/dental/vision coverage and several other benefits. This is a 3rd shift role in Inman, SC with a prominent molding manufacture.

The rockstar we are seeking for this lead role will have previous experience with maintaining plastics injection molding machinery.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for participating in and oversight of the technical aspects of the molding shift.

Function in a leadership capacity to teach and train set-up and technical associates within the department.

Oversee and assist in completing normal daily production requirements

Provide oversight in the day-to-day operations of the departments indirect personnel

Establish and assist in maintaining accurate process sheets for all products

Ability to debug, troubleshoot and take corrective action to correct processes as necessary

Work with tooling and maintenance personnel to diagnose and assist as required

Thorough understanding of injection molding processes

Complete and maintain all required paperwork

Qualifications:

Previous experience in industrial maintenance lead role

Familiarity with injection molding machinery
