If so, we want you to join this talent acquisition team as a Full-Cycle Recruiter for a contract position in the manufacturing industry!

What You’ll Do

As a Full-Cycle Recruiter, you will work collaboratively with our talent acquisition team to identify and secure the best talent for our organization. From initial outreach to onboarding, you will own the entire recruitment process for a high volume of manufacturing-related roles.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various roles within the manufacturing industry.

Conducting high-volume recruiting while maintaining a candidate-focused approach.

Partnering with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to understand workforce needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.

Leveraging multiple sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, professional networks, social media) to attract diverse, qualified candidates.

Proactively maintaining pipelines of talent to meet immediate and future hiring needs.

Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Staying up-to-date on industry best practices, labor market trends, and compliance standards.

Who You Are

Experienced: At least 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably with a track record in high-volume recruiting and/or recruiting within manufacturing or related industries.

Collaborative: Excels at working as part of a team to deliver on shared goals.

Organized: Can manage multiple open requisitions and responsibilities in a time-sensitive environment.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and well-versed in recruitment tools and platforms.

Personable: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Flexible: Open to working in a fast-paced, contract role with the possibility of extended duration or conversion to a permanent opportunity.
