Job Description
Robert Half is seeking a skilled and adaptable IT Support Technician to support a local non-profit client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience providing end-user support for a variety of computer systems and devices in both wired and wireless environments. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8-5pm)
Location: Seattle, Washington (100% onsite)
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day end-user support for computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
Perform network troubleshooting for both wired and wireless connections.
Install, configure, and support network infrastructure, including hardware cabling.
Support Windows 7 and Windows 10 environments.
Utilize the Windows Deployment Toolkit for imaging and deployment tasks.
Provide MacOS and mobile device support.
Assist in laptop support and hardware replacement.
Travel to office locations as needed for on-site technical support.
Experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10.
Familiarity with Windows Deployment Toolkit.
Proficient in MacOS and mobile device support.
Strong network troubleshooting skills.
Hands-on experience with hardware cabling and supporting wired/wireless networks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and adapt to rapid changes.
Nice to Have:
CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification.
