Job Description
Conduct visual and functional inspections of components and medical devices at various stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and company specifications.
Responsibilities
Perform detailed measurements and tests on components and finished products using precision measuring equipment and tools such as calipers, micrometers, gage blocks/pins, measuring microscope, and height gage.
Follow established inspection procedures and standards.
Identify and document defects or non-conformities and collaborate with the production team to address and resolve them.
Conduct final inspections and quality checks before products are released for shipment.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections and testing results.
Assist in root cause analysis and participate in corrective and preventive actions when necessary.Skills & Qualifications
Quality inspection and control
Use of measuring microscope, gauges, calipers, and micrometers
Ability to read engineering drawings
Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of quality standards, inspection techniques, and metrology
Attention to detail
Documentation and record-keeping

Work as part of a small quality team, collaborating with a larger assembly and engineering team. Operate within a cleanroom environment, requiring proper cleanroom attire.

Weekend Shift: Friday to Sunday, 6am to 6pmPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
