Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Support Project Manager/Lead to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of learning and development solutions. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while collaborating with a dynamic team to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs assessments to identify and analyze learning objectives and requirements.

• Develop and design instructional materials using established learning theories and best practices.

• Create interactive and engaging course content that meets diverse learner needs.

• Integrate technology effectively, leveraging learning management systems and tools to enhance training delivery.

• Design and implement assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content is accurate and relevant.

• Oversee the end-to-end project management of learning program development and delivery.

• Foster learner engagement by incorporating activities and strategies that promote active participation.

• Continuously update and refine course content based on feedback, analytics, and emerging trends.

• Utilize reporting and analytics to track learner performance and inform decision-making.• Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning content development.

• Proficiency in using learning management systems such as Canvas, Cornerstone OnDemand, or Absorb.

• Strong knowledge of tools like Adobe Captivate for creating interactive training materials.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies and content management systems (CMS).

• Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and project management best practices.

• Experience in change management and implementing innovative learning solutions.

• Ability to analyze data and use analytics to drive improvements in training effectiveness.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
