Job Description
We are seeking a CNC Operator to join our team in the production of a variety of small parts. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. This role involves performing repetitive tasks to ensure consistent production quality.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture small products according to specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor the production process and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and consistency.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Perform repetitive tasks to ensure consistent production quality and efficiency.Essential Skills
Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding of basic mechanical principles and how machinery operates.
Attention to Detail: Ability to notice small details and ensure precision in work.
Basic Math Skills: Proficiency in basic arithmetic to measure and calculate dimensions and perform quality checks.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and troubleshoot basic problems with machinery.
Manual Dexterity: Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle tools and materials accurately.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, Delaware.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
