As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate data inputs, validations, and reporting related to payroll and 401(k) processes. This contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to important organizational functions. The contract will be short term, estimated to be between 3 to 6 weeks.
Key Responsibilities for the Data Entry Specialist: Perform data entry, data validation, and minimal calculations for payroll and 401(k) preparation. Extract information from various platforms and transfer it to spreadsheets for analysis and reporting. Organize, input, and validate data in the ADP platform with a primary focus on accuracy and timeliness. Handle light administrative tasks, such as filing and organizing, associated with the audit process. Work closely with team members to ensure seamless collaboration and support during the audit period.

Comfortable with manual data handling, as many processes lack integration between systems. Experience with ERP systems like Great Plains, Sage, and ADP for payroll is not required.
