We are looking for an experienced Database Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in White Plains, New York. In this role, you will support critical business operations by optimizing database systems and ensuring seamless functionality for end users. Responsibilities:

• Provide operational assistance to business users, guiding them in effectively utilizing Oracle tools and exploring new features.

• Conduct quality assurance testing for system enhancements, bug fixes, upgrades, and new feature rollouts.

• Design and maintain dashboards to visualize key business metrics and support strategic decision-making.

• Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure database systems meet business requirements.

• Utilize backup technologies to safeguard data integrity and ensure system reliability.

• Oversee the creation and management of database objects to optimize system performance.

• Implement AB testing strategies to evaluate system changes and improvements.

• Leverage CRM tools for efficient data management and customer relationship tracking.

• Support business intelligence initiatives by building reports and dashboards tailored to organizational needs.• Proficiency in Oracle tools and database systems, including DB2.

• Experience with CRM platforms and their integration with databases.

• Strong skills in data analysis and creating dashboards for business intelligence.

• Familiarity with backup technologies and strategies for data protection.

• Knowledge of AB testing practices and their application in system evaluation.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft tools for data management and reporting.

• Ability to design and manage database objects to enhance system functionality.

• Demonstrated understanding of business intelligence concepts and tools.
