Nurse Manager - Operating Room
Seeking an RN with recent leadership experience as a Charge Nurse, Team Lead, Supervisor, etc. to lead a dynamic team!
The Nurse Manager will work in collaboration with the Director of Perioperative Services to oversee staffing, budgets, policies & procedures, quality improvement, foster a positive work environment and drive positive change across the department
Qualifications:
BSN Degree Required
Qualified candidates will have 3 or more years proven leadership experience in the Operating Room / Surgical Services
TX RN license or ability to gain state licensure
