We are looking for a highly organized and personable Bilingual Office Assistant to join our client's team in Canoga Park, California. Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and provide them with a warm, welcoming experience.
• Assist clients and staff in completing required paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and organize personnel files to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and inventory management.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments to support the team’s daily operations.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Support other administrative tasks as needed to enhance office functionality.
• MUST be a fluent Spanish speaker. Proven experience in an office or administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic office tasks, such as filing and data entry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented approach and ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
• Familiarity with office equipment and basic software applications.
