Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize database systems to support organizational needs.

• Monitor database performance and implement necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency.

• Create and manage database objects, including tables, indexes, and views.

• Conduct AB testing to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

• Implement and oversee backup technologies to ensure data security and recovery.

• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate them into database solutions.

• Utilize business intelligence tools to create dashboards and generate reports.

• Perform data analysis to uncover trends and support strategic decision-making.

• Work with Microsoft technologies, including Power BI, to streamline reporting processes.

• Ensure compliance with database standards and best practices.• Proven experience with CRM systems and database management.

• Strong knowledge of database objects and systems, including DB2.

• Familiarity with Microsoft tools and technologies, particularly Power BI.

• Proficiency in AB testing and data analysis methods.

• Experience implementing and maintaining backup technologies.

• Ability to create dashboards and utilize business intelligence tools effectively.

• Solid understanding of data security and recovery protocols.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
