Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to streamline processes and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver IT, SaaS, or technology solutions tailored to client needs.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Assist clients in navigating staffing and recruitment solutions, leveraging your expertise in talent acquisition.
• Provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues and exceed client expectations.
• Contribute to team goals by sharing insights and supporting colleagues in achieving their objectives.• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, marketing, or account management.
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
• Interest or experience in technology sales, such as IT, SaaS, or managed services.
• Background in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Previous experience in human resources or full-cycle recruiting is an advantage.
