Role description:
SDR – Outbound focused; B2B leads mainly via LinkedIn and team-driven initiatives; no bonus/commission structure. Targets are collaborative with experienced team members. No strict channel preference (calls/emails); role evolves alongside maturing sales machine.

Salary range & secondary benefits:
€3,000–€4,000 gross per month (excl. 8% holiday pay)
