Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Inside & Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This hybrid sales role offers the opportunity to engage with potential and existing clients both remotely (inside sales) and in person (outside sales). You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in both remote and field-based environments, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service. Inside Sales Responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential customers through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach. Use CRM software to manage and track leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of prospects. Engage in outbound calls and follow up with inbound leads to assess their needs and convert them into sales opportunities. Provide product or service information to potential clients via phone, video calls, and email. Conduct virtual product demos and presentations, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings. Oversee the sales process from lead qualification to deal closure, negotiating pricing and terms remotely. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM. Consistently follow up with prospects and clients to close deals and reach monthly and quarterly sales targets. Assist existing clients with any inquiries, issues, or requests, ensuring they receive excellent service and support. Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve any customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Outside Sales Responsibilities: Prospect and meet new clients in person through networking events, trade shows, and referrals. Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships through face-to-face meetings. Understand client needs and propose customized solutions that align with their business goals. Conduct in-person product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations with potential clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales, ensuring the best possible outcome for both the client and the company. Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities. Gather feedback from clients and report market conditions, insights, and competitor strategies to management. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM. Provide regular sales forecasts, progress updates, and detailed reports to the sales team and management. Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong relationship-building abilities, both remotely and in person.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Ability to travel and meet clients in person (outside sales).

• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Previous experience in both inside and outside sales roles is highly preferred.
