Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description

Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for a Sr. Graphic Designer for a 6+ month contract in the Greater Boston area. This is a remote, 32-hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to work eastern (ET) hours. The Graphic Designer will join a creative services team within a pharmaceutical environment, and assist with all design and production work focused on patient engagement. Interested candidates should provide a portfolio or relevant design samples in addition to resume.

Key Responsibilities:

Design compelling digital and print materials, including presentations, marketing assets, and branded content

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with goals, compliance standards, and brand guidelines

Ensure design adherence to regulatory requirements

Use data and analytics to enhance creative strategies and improve engagement

Contribute innovative ideas through brainstorming sessions

Degree in design, communication, or related

5+ years of graphic design experience within a pharma or biotech environment

Portfolio of relevant design samples, including print, digital, and presentation designs

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and similar design tools

Comfortability with production and regulatory review processes

Knowledge of Veeva Vault is a plus

Project management skills

Excellent communication skills

Self-starter

Ability to manage a high-volume of work with changing priorities

Knowledge of UX/UI best practices a plus

Familiarity with AMA style guide a plus
