We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this Contract-to-ongoing role, you will play a key part in managing essential human resources functions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting employee relations. Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies, including FMLA and other regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
• Facilitate recruitment processes, utilizing ATS systems to attract and retain top talent.
• Conduct training sessions to improve employee engagement and compliance awareness.
• Address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for HR processes and compliance.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce systems.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, including FMLA and other compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in benefits administration and employee relations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
